The Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovation and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO) is organising a presentation of the 2nd call for the EmBRACE project (Enhancing MSEs SustainBle Growth And Competitiveness) within the framework of the Small Project Fund (SPF), aimed at encouraging the cooperation of micro and small entrepreneurs (MSEs) in the border area Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.
For the first time in this program area, a total of EUR 8,725,324.36 is available to micro and small entrepreneurs from the European Regional Development Fund and IPA III, of which EUR 3,000,000.00 is available through the 2nd Call. The expected duration of the 2nd public call is from 1. October to 15. December, 2025.
Applications for participation in the project are submitted online via platform.

The EmBRACE project and all the details of the 2nd Call for Proposals will be presented at workshops for entrepreneurs on 4 November in Sisak, 11 November in Vitez, 17 November in Podgorica, 25 November in Zadar, and 26 November in Ljubuški.

The project is implemented as part of the Interreg VI-A IPA program of cross-border cooperation Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021 – 2027 and aims to encourage continuous growth and improvement of the competitiveness of micro and small enterprises in the border area of the three countries.
