This Privacy Policy refers to the collection, use and processing of your data as well as data of third parties (e.g. legal representatives, co-debtors, guarantors, etc.) that are necessary for processing your request/report from the activities of the Croatian Agency for SMEs, innovation and investments, Zagreb, Ksaver 208, OIB: 25609559342 (hereinafter: the Agency).

In order to provide a simpler and faster service, it is possible to submit applications and reports via online forms on this website. The Agency may collect, process and use your personal data, such as identification data, contact data, financial data, data on movable and immovable property and other personal data prescribed by the acts binding the Agency for the purpose of processing your request/report. The collected data are processed by the Agency exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided and it is not authorized to process the data for any other purpose unless consent has been given for it or there is a legal basis. In addition to the obligation of confidentiality, the Agency may share information with agencies, public bodies, courts, competent ministries, EU bodies, audit bodies and other legal entities for the purpose of fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.

By submitting a request/report via the online forms listed on this website as well as by submitting a request/report in physical form, you agree to the method of collecting and processing your personal data described in this Notice.

The Agency collects and processes your personal data conscientiously, legally and transparently and takes care of their accuracy, completeness and security, all in accordance with organizational and technical measures.

The Agency declares that it keeps your personal data in accordance with the deadlines prescribed by legal provisions and internal deeds of the Agency.

The Agency hereby informs you that you are entitled to access your personal data, as well as the right to correct or delete them after the prescribed retention period. Each applicant is entitled to file a complaint to the Agency as well as to the supervisory body – Agency for Personal Data Protection, Martićeva ulica 14, 10000 Zagreb.

It needs to be pointed out that during the collection, processing and use of personal data for the purpose of carrying out the activities of the Agency, the consent of the applicant is not required since the personal data in question are collected on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, items b and c of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
