EUREKA Network Projects
Empowering SMEs through International R&D Collaboration
EUREKA Network Projects is a dynamic program designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in partnering with international collaborators to launch innovative research and development (R&D) initiatives.
Program Objectives
- Boost Innovation: Encourage companies to invest in R&D to enhance their innovation capabilities.
- Foster Global Partnerships: Promote international cooperation among entrepreneurs.
- Expand Market Reach: Create opportunities for placing products and services in international markets.
Who Can Apply? (Croatian Applicants)
- Eligible applicants in Croatia are small and medium-sized companies.
- Public scientific and research institutions (universities and public research institutes) may join as external collaborators but cannot act as project partners.
Funding Details
- Maximum Funding per Croatian Partner: €200,000
- Co-funding Rate:
- Up to 60% for micro and small enterprises
- Up to 50% for medium-sized enterprises
(Funding granted is whichever amount is lower) - Project Duration: Up to 36 months
- Eligible Projects: Development of new products, services, or processes
Eligible Costs
- Staff salaries
- Depreciation and small equipment
- External service costs
- Travel expenses
- Other R&D-related expenses

- Submit your application online via the Smart Simple Platform.
- Croatian partners must also provide national documentation through the Application tab on this website.
